Are group hotel rates available for attendees?
Yes. We are pleased to offer group hotel rates at the DoubleTree by Hilton. These special rates are negotiated exclusively for Power Woman Experience attendees and include discounted pricing, as well as complimentary amenities such as breakfast and free parking. Details about the hotel block, room rates, reservation process, and cut-off date will be shared upon registration. Because group rates are limited, we encourage early hotel booking to secure your accommodations.
What should I bring and how should I prepare?
Bring a notebook or device for notes, your business cards or contact details for networking, and an open heart ready to connect and grow. Dress elegantly for the Friday Welcome Dinner and professionally for the main conference day. You’ll also receive a detailed attendee guide with packing tips, venue directions, and a final agenda before the conference.
